A warm and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone – although I don’t eat turkey, I did fully enjoy the candied sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce!
Site Updates and News
- I’m excited to have a guest post coming out on Isabelle’s Travel Guide next week; she’s got a lot of resources on the site, so I am honored to be a part.
- Exploring the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland was pretty neat – especially since we off-roaded it with a secret map!
- The lovely folks over at ReboundTag sent me a free product trial – their small luggage tags are microchiped with your personal information encoded into the tag. The tag is designed to protect your personal information and get your luggage back to you if it’s lost. I’ve heard a lot of stories lately of lost luggage, so it will be interesting to see how this chip works in action, I’ll be fully reviewing this at a later date!
Highlights from the Travel community
- The Planet D have set off on their RTW travels and landed in India this week. They are pretty hard-core adventurers, so I can’t wait to see their updates!
- Check out the Piano Staircase video, I pretty much love the Fun Theory campaign. The idea: fun is the easiest way to change people’s behavior for the better – the recycling arcade video is pretty cool too.
- The Street Art Photo Essay from Lonely Girl Travels is beautiful.
