Blog Carnival: Exposing others to Your Audience...

Ever hear of a blog carnival? Could be great free marketing for your web site, if you can target the right blogs and the right articles to publish on those blogs. Inbound links are important for SEO, and blog carnivals are a great way to start.

Thanks! I'm enjoying digging through your site :-) I still consider myself a bit of a newbie on Twitter so your tips are great; I look forward to tweeting with you!

Fantastic post about using Twitter as a conduit to meet people in person. It's hard for people to "get" Twitter (often because they just post about food), and I'd argue it takes about a month or two of being active before you realize any benefit from it. I'm personally (and slowly) getting comfortable in it, and just finished a series of articles on my own blog to kinda delve in and understand it better.

Great article and thanks for sharing...good luck in future travels!

Wow - talk about a powerful post! I am most certainly blushing. But you've nailed it on the head, Shannon: Twitter's power lies in its ability as the world's biggest connector. I never cease to be amazed at how it can bring together people and networks that otherwise would have never met.

Thanks for your wonderful comments - we did have a pretty good #EdFringe experience, didn't we?

I am sure Mari feels the same way, but I am humbled by the people I've met at #EdCM as well as Twitter. Recently I used Twitter to meet locals in Madrid for recommendations on tapas - and met up with some folk, which really make a solo travel experience all that much more interesting.

To summarise, Twitter-style: Twitter. Use It, It Works!
